Located in the Eastern Township on the
banks of Moe’s River, Apéri-Fruits Compton
produces delectable berry wine apéritifs (blackcurrant,
wild blackberry) that captures the essence of each fruit.
A special care is taken to create perfect balance to allow
the fruit to express its flavour fully.

aperitif

Light and
fruity our blackcurrant wine aperitif is at its
best when cooled (5°). Its lightness (12.5%
alcohol) allows a nice balace of the flavours permitting
the fruit to express itself fully.
It is a
good companion for strong cheeses (old cheddar,
goat, blue, etc...) and game (terrine, pâté,
etc...).
Mixed with
white wine or used to deglaze your meat recipes
will be tasteful. |
