Érablière Carbonneau is rich of a family experience of more than 50 years. Indeed, since three (3) generations, the maple syrup is produced and processed at the same place and this, according to high conservation and quality standards. Whereas the company counted 6,000 notches, 38 years ago, it counts more than 50,000 today, thanks to family association between Guy Carbonneau and its nephew Michel Carbonneau, who will provide their maple products in a greater quantity and to more customers. 

The maple products are intended for retail and bulk sales, to supply raw material to transformers troughout the year. Our maple syrup is stored in stainless steel containers, in cooled rooms, governed by high standards of quality control.

Érablière Carbonneau also offers its maple products to several groups or organizations in the area, in particular for fund raisers (students and others).
