For more than 20 years, I was totally enamoured with horticulture and the environment and had one great dream: to trade my tiny city garden for a few acres in the country.

In May 2003, a charming property in Compton swept us off our feet. We moved in August 2003, eager to discover the region’s richness and become part of this great community.

As a bonus, the property included over thirty apple trees that inspired us to create a few products that very fall.

In the spring of 2004, we began to grow edible flowers in our new flowerbeds.

In the summer of 2006, I will be welcoming visitors to introduce them to these succulent delights with garden visits, activities, and tastings. Cooking workshops may be available upon request.
