Guy Carbonneau and his wife Rachel Bergeron started Érablière Carber in 1997.
We began with the initial 3,000 tap holes from the family maple grove. Following an increasing request for our delicious maple products, we have now more than 20,000 tap holes.
In addition to our maple syrup offered in glass and metal containers, we have developed a wide range of maple by-products: maple butter, hard sugar, granulated sugar, candies, lollipops, and maple aperitifs.
We produce non-alcoholic maple aperitifs that are unique in North America:
- Ground cherries and maple
- Anise and maple
…an original taste!
