Farming on our specialized pig farm since 1976, we are gradually turning towards diversified farming. Although we have always been very aware of the environment,
our family farm fully developed its sustainable aspect in the 90s. That is when the organic certification of our production began in earnest; first our cereal, then maple syrup and finally,
in the summer of 2004, our certified organic “Blonde d’Aquitaine” beef was launched on the market.
With the goal of producing old-fashioned quality meat, we offer our
customers differently fed and raised pork that is lighter and more tender.
