Until the early 80s, we concentrated solely on specialized pig farming, but we soon began to diversify.
In the 1990s, we kept the environment and sustainable agriculture in mind as we developed, which led us to become a certified organic producer.
First came cereals, then maple syrup and finally, in the summer of 2004, we began to offer “Blonde d’Aquitaine” beef.
