In authentic traditional fashion, La Germaine Cheese Factory processes the milk produced on the Theroux Farm in Ste-Edwidge. Cheese lovers will appreciate the fresh delicate taste of La Germaine cheese that directly results from this unique concept. By completely integrating managing the fields, feeding the herd and making cheese, we have developed a local product that will be identified with the region. No chemical products have been used for over 15 years and the farm has been certified organic since 2001.
