At the heart of the rich agricultural area near the village of Compton in Quebec's Eastern Townships lies the La Station Cheese Factory. It is the fruit of four generations of hard-working farmers. Our farm cheeses, made from raw cow’s milk, are the product of sustainable agriculture. They contain no chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides or genetically modified organisms.

The animals are pastured from May to October and their well-being is directly linked to ours. No vaccinations are carried out; we have opted instead for preventative medicine: healthy feed and a peaceful environment.

The farm and the cheese factory are family owned. Drop by to meet us and taste our delicious cheese.

In each cheese round, you will find exclusive. rich flavours that only the famous master’s know-how from “Fromagerie La Station” can create.

Comtomme” the Compton's tomme, a semi-hard, washed-rind, raw-milk cheese that we produce all year round.

"Alfred le fermier" is a raw cow's milk farm cheese. A summer cheese round with a distinct local flavour.

The "Alfred" was created in memory of our ancestor Alfred Bolduc, who used to prepare his own curd, his base food.

Our products may be purchased directly at the farm or in local grocery stores and other points of sale.
