
‘Le Petit Mas’ came into existence in 1989. After several years growing of both field and greenhouse crops, we now concentrate on producing organically grown garlic. Our farm is certified by Ecocert.
In 1990, we developed a unique seasoning from garlic flowers and oil. This led us to begin producing processed food. In 1997, we constructed a processing building to help increase our production capacity. Currently, more than 500 sales outlets throughout Quebec offer our products, which are commonly found on dining-room tables throughout the province.
