Vallons Maraîchers Farm is owned and operated by Josée Gaudet and Jacques Blain. The 50-acre operation is located in Compton, in a verdant, hilly landscape. Since we first opened in 1996, we have been growing a large variety of certified-organic vegetables. Our main vegetable crops include beets, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, English cucumbers, winter squash, beans, lettuce, onions, parsnips, potatoes, leeks, snow peas and zucchinis. All our vegetables are certified organic by Ecocert. All our products are sold in stores under the Symbiosis label. Our products can be purchased directly from the farm, at La Grande Ruche Co-Op in Sherbrooke, Légufruits in Coaticook, Bonichoix in Compton and at any “Le Végétarien” store. From July to October, we also offer a vegetable basket service at the farm and throughout the Sherbrooke and Magog areas. We sell our products to retailers and wholesalers, as well as to Provigo and Loblaws stores across Quebec.
