La Fromagerie La Germaine specializes particularly in:
The transformation, in an artisanal way, of the cow milk produced at the THÉROX farm of St-Édwidge.
The contribution of a plus value to the farm and to offer thus, to cheese gourmets, a single product.
The total intergration of :
- the management of the fields ;
- feeding of the herd ;
- the transformation of cheese, in order to develop a product which will be identified to the area.
No use of chemicals since 10 years, and biological certification for year
2001 .
