Consumed for centuries in Asia, the Mediterranean and in Eastern Europe, we are pleased to offer you our organically grown fresh garlic flowers.

Planted in the fall, our garlic sprouts as soon as the soil thaws in the spring. The “flower” appears, at the end of June, on 8 to 10 leaves plant. Picked carefully by hand and quickly refrigerated, theses flowers will keep for up to two months.

We harvest the garlic bulb 4 to 5 weeks later.

Raw, as a seasoning, they have a strong and slightly garlic flavoured taste.

Cooked as a vegetable, their delicate texture and taste resemble that of young asparagus.

They can be eaten marinated, fermented, steamed, or fried in oil. Whether eaten as a seasoning or as a vegetable, they’re always delicious.
