Some suggestions:
Cook garlic flowers by steaming several minutes. They must
remain crunchy.
Serve warm with melted butter or a hollandaise sauce
or add you favourite dressing and allow to cool.
Cut garlic flowers
into pieces and fry them in either sesame oil or olive
oil, along with your favourite vegetables, such
as onions,
tomatoes, red peppers etc. Serve with rice.
Chop raw garlic
flowers and sprinkle them over soups and salads. |
