A 'vice caché' fondu with garlic flower

Heat the white wine.

Add the garlic flower and Vice caché.

While stirring, slowly add the three cheeses.

Add the Chèvre Noir Cheddar cheese and stir until the mixture is creamy.

Serve with walnut bread, honey hazelnut with raisin bread, or naturally leaven bread.

A suggestion:
Cook small potatoes and soak them in the cheese.

  • 1/3 Old Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 Cogruet cheese
  • 1/3 Vacherin des bois-Francs cheese or a package of prepared Kingsey mixture
  • 1 tablespoon of Vice caché
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Flower
  • 100 g. of Chèvre Noir Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100 ml. of Arpents des Neiges or Cep d’argent white wine
