Marinating fish and poultry

(for approximately 1.5 lbs. of meat)

Allow the fish, turkey or chicken meat to marinate in this marinade for 20 to 30 minutes, then grill in the oven, on the BBQ or sauté in the frying pan.

• Juice of half a lemon
• 1 teaspoon of tamari
• 1 tablespoon of garlic flower
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of ginger juice
• chopped parsley, to taste
• salt and pepper
