Pasta
Cook the pasta ( Do not overcook).
On each portion of hot pasta,
put 1/2 teaspoon of garlic flower, olive oil or melted butter,
salt, pepper, chopped parsley and
Parmesan.
Serve at once.
These pastas go well with a roasted or braised
meat or a vegetable salad.
Alternatives:
-add a little basil tomato sauce and grated cheddar.
-garnish with grilled shrimp
