Mix all the ingredients and serve

  • 2 tablespoons of raspberry-flavoured vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic flower
  • 1 tablespoon of walnut or hazelnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of tamari
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
