AT BISTRO DU PINACLE, WE SUPPORT LOCAL PRODUCERS
That's why we call on them to concoct our menus according to seasonal produce and availability. We call on Boulangerie Ô Terroir to use their flour to make our pizza doughs, even adding beer from the Microbrasserie de Coaticook, and use their breads for our sandwiches...
We also work with the Coaticook regional slaughterhouse, as well as Le Domaine Yves Hill and the Fromagerie La Station in Compton, Érablière Filion, where we source maple products for cooking, La Laiterie de Coaticook dairy for ice cream and cheese, and the Coaticook and Hop Station microbreweries, with whom we work to offer quality local beers.
So it's a point of honor for us to help each other out and promote our beautiful region.
