The plantation and harvesting time is based on the seasons, respecting the development of each plant. They are then picked by hand when they are at their full potential for vitality, while taking into account as much as possible of the biodynamic philosophy and calendar. Next, the plants are processed in a modern transformation facility. All of the La Val'heureuse products are approved by Health Canada and Ecocert Canada.
