Business TO KNOW MORE!

Le Gros Pierre was founded in 1980 in Compton by Diane Goyette and Louis Poulin. They planted the first dwarf apple trees there.

In 1986, they installed an artisanal juice press and later a kitchen to process the apples. This is when Gros Pierre's apple pie was born.

In 2002, Gaetan Gilbert joined forces with the Gros Pierre. At the same time, the Gros Pierre inaugurated a snack bar on a terrace overlooking the Coaticook River Valley as well as the opening of a boutique selling regional products.

After a love union between Gaetan Gilbert and Mélanie Éliane Marcoux, a business wedding will take place in 2014.

Le Gros Pierre welcomes school groups and tourists who benefit from a complete tour of the company, upon reservation.

Le Gros Pierre is a real family attraction.
